(re)connect

Strong Woman is about sharing stories. We believe that one of the most powerful things a person can receive from another human or that we can give somebody else, is our story. We take joy in sparking conversations that defy the confines of a device.

In a time of such rich connectivity, we've stopped talking to each other. The convienence of social media has removed the social from our lives.

So let's have brunch.
Let's have a good ol' fashioned chat, over a cup of tea (or coffee) and delicious brunchy snacks.

You'll be hearing stories and inspiration from Strong Woman founder, Shauna Ryan and Central Coast visionary and authenticity advocate Liz Millani. We'll also get to hear some delcious music from Hunter Valley singer/songwriter Anna Weatherup.

Bring a friend, and let's feed our tummies and our souls!

GENERAL TICKETS $35pp

Love Yourself

“If you have the ability to love, love yourself first.” - Charles Bukowski

Project Strong Woman presents "Love Yourself".

Featuring special guests Emily RexAzure AntoinetteLeigh Van Der Horst and Yvonne Hypolite sharing their stories and experiences of self-love and self-worth, join us for this intimate and empowering one day conference.

Despite it being the first for Project Strong Woman, nothing about the day's presentations will be low-key. With guest speakers from across Australia and USA, it is our hope that women attending will leave feeling inspired, empowered and celebrated; gaining a deeper understanding of what it means to love yourself.

PSW's Love Yourself will be an exciting day, and we want everyone to be able to attend. This being the case, tickets are available with a donation-- secure your seat and pay what you can afford.
